Normally, we enjoy writing our own perspective on an issue, but Idaho lawyer Kim Stanger has penned an excellent article detailing changes from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Idaho's critical access hospitals should pay particular attention to our state's new legislation, as there were aspects they are historically exempt from.
