Social media isn't where we respond, if we are a covered entity or business associate.

On December 14th OCR announced another settlement, with another dentist, for responding to another online review(s). We JUST posted about this last April - what is it with dentists and social media?!

New Vision Dental in California agreed to pay $23K and enter into a corrective action plan to resolve the investigation. The graphic below links to the announcement.

Don't respond to social media where patients are concerned.
