We'll Say It (Yet) Again...

Covered entities and business associates, please don't respond to online reviews from patients. New Jersey's Manasa Health Center (Manasa) just entered into a two-year corrective action plan (CAP) with US Health and Human Services that included a $30K settlement, following Manasa responding in 2020 to four negative Google reviews posted by patients. Notably, it was discovered that Manasa also failed to have adequate Privacy and Breach Notification policies.
